Scope and purposes of data processing
As part of our business, we collect and process users' personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling contact and service forms
We process data voluntarily provided by users, such as name, email address, phone number, or product location. This data is necessary to establish contact, respond to enquiries, provide service support, and fulfil concluded contracts. The legal basis is the user's consent or the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We ensure that data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and in accordance with legal requirements.
Consent to data processing and transfer: By completing and submitting a contact or service form available on our website, the user consents to the processing of their personal data by JFC Poland sp. z o.o. for the purposes set out in this policy. This data may also be transferred to third parties cooperating with us to fulfil an offer or provide services, including:- Meta (Facebook) and Google – for marketing and analytics purposes,
- OpenAI – for the operation of the AI assistant,
- LeaseLink – for the preparation and submission of a financing offer (leasing),
- Santander Consumer Bank – for the preparation and submission of a financing offer (loan/leasing).
- Traffic analysis and website optimisation
We use tools such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Tag Manager to monitor and analyse user behaviour on the website. Data collected in this process is used to improve the quality of our services, optimise the user interface (UI/UX), and better understand the needs of visitors. Data processing in this scope takes place exclusively on the basis of the user's explicit consent (opt-in), as it involves the use of cookies and user tracking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). - Marketing and ad targeting
We use tools such as Meta Pixel (Facebook) and Google Tag Manager to display personalised advertisements and marketing targeting. The goal is to deliver offers and advertisements tailored to users' interests and to conduct marketing campaigns more effectively. Data processing is based on the user's consent and requires it to be given before marketing tools are activated (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). - JFC Assistant operation (OpenAI API)
The JFC Assistant (AI) is available on the website and answers questions about our products and company. As part of its operation, users' questions and answers are sent to OpenAI, which is an independent data controller, and are also stored on our servers for a maximum of 12 months. This data is used to ensure the proper functioning of the assistant, analyse service quality, and improve user support. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of the user's voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). - External information – Google Shopping
The "CHECK PRICE" button directs to the Google Shopping service, where the product prices displayed come from external parties and do not constitute an offer from our company. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or currency of this information.
Data recipients
Users' personal data may be transferred to and processed by the following entities with whom we cooperate to provide our services:
- Google – including services such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Shopping. Google processes data in accordance with its privacy policy and applies appropriate safeguards.
- Meta (Facebook) – in relation to Meta Pixel, used for analysis and ad targeting. Meta is the data controller in this regard.
- Microsoft – in relation to the Microsoft Clarity tool, used to analyse user behaviour on the website and improve service quality.
- OpenAI – for the operation of the AI assistant, which processes submitted questions and generates responses. OpenAI acts as an independent data controller.
- Formspree – for handling contact forms submitted through our website.
- LeaseLink – for the submission and fulfilment of leasing financing offers. LeaseLink acts as a separate data controller for the handling of leasing applications.
- Santander Consumer Bank – for the submission and fulfilment of financing offers (consumer loan or leasing). Santander Consumer Bank acts as a separate data controller for the handling of financing applications.
Some of the above entities may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the United States. We ensure that in such cases data transfers are carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements, including on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention periods
We store data in accordance with the following rules:
- Data from contact and service forms – until the completion of the enquiry and for the period required by law (e.g. tax archiving).
- Chatbot data (questions and answers) – for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless the user requests earlier deletion.
- Data from analytics and marketing tools (Google, Meta, Microsoft) – stored in accordance with the policies of those providers.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the service and to analyse and optimise the user experience. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies – necessary for the proper functioning of the website, such as maintaining user sessions and security. They do not require user consent.

Server logs are stored on the servers of the hosting infrastructure provider, which is Vercel.
